Some 20 of those athletes were members of the Whistler Blackcomb Freestyle Ski Club, which combined for 24 medals at the provincials, plus an additional five medals from the Super Youth Challenge for skiers 11 and under as of Jan. 1.

In the Super Youth moguls, Seth McGregor placed third among nine year olds and Sofiane Gagnon and McKenzie Wilson were second and third among 10 year olds.

McGregor then placed fourth in the slopestyle, while Gagnon and Wilson placed first and second in their category.

In the B.C. Championship moguls competition silver medal winners included Nicola Halliwell, Yuki Tsubota and Mitchell Wilson, while Sophie McGregor, Jake McGregor and Brenden Kelly earned bronze medals.

Brenden Kelly, Yuki Tsubota and Jae Woo Choi placed first in the dual moguls in their respective categories. Nicola Halliwell earned another silver medal and Sophie McGregor another bronze.

In slopestyle Taylor Wilson and Yuki Tsubota picked up gold medals for the club, with bronze medals going to Nicola Halliwell and Mitchell Wilson.
