Three workshops based on the 8 Moments of Power, which show how understanding human behavior will ensure you deliver service excellence. The first two workshops on Dec. 10 detail what these eight moments are and how and when to use them. The third workshop on Dec. 11, ‘Be a Coach,’ focuses on how we can coach for sustained employee and customer engagement in Whistler businesses. Mark Colgate’s coaching approach builds on an “athletic approach.” Program participants can attend one of the three workshops to qualify for the Whistler Experience Program.
