SING-A-LONG SOUND OF MUSIC . The classic film is now an interactive party, with theatre-goers dressing up as characters in the film and even as lyrics to some of the songs. There will be one showing of the Sing-a-long Sound of Music in Whistler, April 11 at 7 p.m. at Rainbow Theatre, with proceeds going to the Whistler Mountain Ski Club and Whistler Moving Chords Youth Choir. VOLUNTEER MANAGEMENT WORKSHOP. Whistler Community Services Society is hosting two workshops on April 1, at Myrtle Philip School, in the Alex Philip Lounge, for all non-profit volunteer groups in Whistler. From 10 a.m. to noon is a Volunteer Management Workshop on Volunteer Recognition; from 12:30-2 p.m. Lou Hilford from B.C. Charitable Gaming Association will explain how groups can access funds.
