Come on down to Whistler Creek Athletic Club and get involved in our FREE Summer Sweat Sesh. Open to members and non members for the month of June. Jack Murray - Personal Trainer will put you through your paces in an outdoor HIIT and curcuit training workout, designed to help you burn fat, build muscle and stay fit all summer long. All fitness levels welcome.
