What: LUNA – Melting Point Chill out at the LUNA pool party. This Late and Unique Nighttime Alterantives event is a pool party not to be missed with DJ tunes, relaxing times in the sauna and hot tub and yummy frozen treats. Free bus from W-B Glacier staff housing.

What: OUT OF BOUNDS: TALES FROM THE BACKCOUNTRY 15 professional photographers and six amateurs, who have captured B.C.’s backcountry through their lens, will showcase their work in Out of Bounds. Everyone is invited to the informal reception which kicks off the month-long exhibit at Millennium Place and other satellite venues. Come out and help select the People’s Choice photographer. What: FUNDAY IN D’ARCY/N"QUATQUA This the 29th year the community has raised money for Variety for the Kids. The day will include a pancake brekkie, all day rummage sale, auction at 11 a.m., Heart race down Gates Rivers at 1:30 p.m., dinner at 5p.m. and bingo from 7-11 p.m.

What: LIBRARY OPEN HOUSE The design of the Whistler Public Library will be unveiled at an upcoming open house. Municipal staff will be on hand to answer questions and receive comments.
