Pique to Valley Listings July 18 - 24

For the little kids and the big kids at heart, the streets are alive with the sounds of comedy, congas and circus capers. On Saturdays and Sundays from noon to 7 p.m., you’ll never know quite what to expect when you walk along the strolls. Prime spots include the Village Common, Town Plaza Gazebo, Village Square, Mountain Square, and the Marketplace. This weekend catch bluesy rocker Gordo Rutherford, Yeeri the Magician, a father and daughter clown duo known as Yowza and Dots-A-Lot and keep a special eye out for the Whistler Fashion Police featuring Michele Bush. See www.mywhistler.com for a full schedule of appearances. And don’t forget the Farmers Market in the Upper Village ever Sunday from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
