The Pemberton Volunteer Firefighter’s Association and Willy G’s Restaurant have confirmed details of their upcoming dinner and silent auction. The event is slated for Thursday, March 18. The funds raised will support the award-winning Pemberton Fire and Rescue Department’s Auto Extraction Team. The rookie team won the 1998 B.C. All members are volunteer and on-call 24 hours a day. Viewing of auction items will commence at 6:30 p.m. with dinner at 7:30 p.m. Tickets are $30 per person, and include a three-course dinner. They are available at Willy G’s in Pemberton. Call 894-6411. More donated items are required for the auction, contact Bruce Wienberg at 905-3209.
