Golf lands cash injection for health centre The Cardinal Concrete Pemberton Foundation Golf Tournament raised over $10,000 last Thursday. All money raised will go to the Pemberton and District Health Care Foundation. The money will help upgrade the generator for the X-Ray machine at the Health Care Centre. It will also be used towards paying for woodwork to stabilize the structure around the new machine. Local's, Sea to Sky Corridor residents and area contractors all joined in to support this venture which is now in its third year. Organizer Bruce MacFayden say the turnout was impressive. "There were a lot of suppliers there. All the people that supply goods and services to the Pemberton Valley. It was excellent weather and people really turned out in full force at the last minute. It was a really good time."
