The Whistler art-walking tour is a great way to experience local galleries and public art pieces. Self-guided brochures are available at MY Millennium Place or online at www.whistlerartscouncil.com. Also, many local cafes, restaurants, bars and retail outlets offer up their walls as display spaces for local visual artists. New this week is an exhibition of traditional Japanese Nihon-Ga paintings by Theresa Mura on the walls of Sushi-Ya.
