The course is the same as last year: a 1,500 metre swim in Alice Lake, a 40 km ride up the Squamish Valley Road and back to Don Ross Secondary, and a 10 km run in Brackendale around the Cheekeye Fan Trail.
Proceeds from the Triathon go towards the Robert W. McIntosh Memorial Scholarship and the Squamish Titans Sports Club.
