The North Shore Credit Union has received an Award of Excellence from the Canadian Information Productivity Awards for their Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
The CIPA is the most prestigious award of its kind in Canada, and is presented to businesses and individuals who make the best use of information technology. "Were delighted to receive this award which is a credit to our development team, our staff and the members who benefit from this innovative technology," said Chris Catliff, president and CEO of the credit union.
CRM technology creates a single profile of every customer based on their needs and preferences that the credit union can use to custom-tailor their financial product offering to match a customers needs.
"CRM means better continuity, more relevant advice, and specific offers from our staff about financial products without the need to repeat or gather information whenever they meet with a member," said Susan Metcalf, manager of member relationship programs.
