Community Kitchens: Pork Gyoza

A fun, interactive cooking class run by Whistler Community Services Society. Learn to make pork gyoza to be fried or enjoyed in soups. With cook Aki Mikami in partnership with the Whistler Multicultural Network. Contact Sara at foodbank@mywcss.org or 604-935-7717 to book your spot, by 10am the day of the class. Event cost is $10, or $25 for three passes. Subsidies available for financially restricted individuals.
