Are you considering going gluten free, or reducing your gluten consumption? Are you new to a gluten-free diet or have been gluten free for a while and want some new ideas? Learn tips about eating gluten free and try out a couple recipes with holistic nutrition student, Chelsey Allen. $10 or $25 for a three-class pass. Subsidies available for financially restricted individuals.
